Ingredients
Method
- Place chocolate in double boiler pot on top of lower pot filled with water.
- Bring water to simmer and stir chocolate with wooden spoon until melted.
- Remove pot with chocolate from heat.
- Using fork, dip one berry at a time into the chocolate and place on wax paper or silpat to cool.
- Using same method, dip one walnut half at a time then place on wax paper to cool.
- Dust with nutmeg, cinnamon or cayenne if desired.
- Keep in tightly sealed plastic container for up to one week
